PRE DEPARTURE
Upon booking, each ExpertJet client is assigned a dedicated Trip Support Manager (TSM) whom ensures every request and detail is attended to. Working alongside your Charter Sales Advisor, the TSM will coordinate your itinerary, monitor the weather, track the flight, and more, so you can travel with total ease.
IN-FLIGHT EXPERIENCE
Pilots and aircraft may change, but maintaining a consistent experience is a top priority for ExpertJet. We ensure our strict guidelines for crew and cabin preparations are met, and we never miss the opportunity to have your favorite wine, restaurant’s menu, or other indulgences onboard.
Flying with a Cabin Attendant? ExpertJet cabin crew must follow our in-flight guidelines, undergo industry training for first-aid and cabin safety, as well as culinary and cabin preparation. We’ll work with you and your Attendant to create the “wow factor” on every trip.
GROUND & HELI TRANSFERS
In need of a chauffeured vehicle, a rental, or quick hop to the city on a helicopter? Let ExpertJet take care of it all. We’ll coordinate with our worldwide transportation affiliates to ensure all transfers are seamless. Become a Program Member and enjoy credits towards complimentary transfers.

Leading up to your flight, your Trip Support Manager will gather your pet’s details, provide any required veterinary documentation, as well as assist with any in-flight needs.
